Welcome to Sastho Seva, a platform developed and operated by Sastho Seva LLP. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SasthoSeva, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using under guardian supervision) and agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Overview

SasthoSeva offers:

  • Online and offline doctor appointment bookings.
  • Real-time doctor availability at hospitals, chambers, and pharmacies.
  • Video consultations with certified doctors.
  • Prescription management and free personalized health tips.
  • We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

    • 3. Booking & Payment Policy

    Online Consultations:

  • Users must pay in advance to book a chosen time slot with a doctor.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • In case of cancellation, a 100% refund is issued within 1 business day.
  • Prescription management and free personalized health tips.
  • We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

    • Offline Consultations:

    Users pay the doctor directly during the visit.
    SasthoSeva is not liable for any offline transactions, disputes, or refund claims.

    4. Prescriptions & Medical Records

  • Doctors may issue either a digital or handwritten prescription, based on preference.
  • Digital prescriptions are stored in your SasthoSeva account and also emailed to your registered email ID.
  • Medical records are permanently stored in your account and downloadable at any time.
  • Users cannot delete records themselves. Special deletion requests may be reviewed by our support team but are not guaranteed.

    • 5. Data Collection & Usage

    We collect the following user data:

  • Full Name, Date of Birth, Address
  • Phone Number, Email ID (optional)
  • Gender, Medical Condition Details
  • Uploaded Photos

    • We use cookies and analytics tools to enhance your experience and personalize suggestions. Data is currently not shared with third parties, but may be in the future with proper policy updates.

    6. Communication

  • By using SasthoSeva, you consent to receive:
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via SMS, email, and in-app notifications.
  • Health tips, promotional offers, and platform-related messages.

    • 7. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Doctors may reschedule or cancel appointments.
  • Users will be notified and may accept the new time or request an alternative.
  • A rating and review system is available to evaluate doctors.
  • While there's no formal penalty system, we actively follow up with doctors who frequently cancel appointments.

    • 8. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • SasthoSeva does not provide direct medical diagnosis or treatment. That responsibility lies with the consulting doctor.
  • We are not liable for misdiagnosis, treatment failure, or medical negligence.
  • In case of insurance claims, we can provide medical data upon request.

    • 9. Legal Compliance

    We comply with the following Indian regulations:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020
  • Consumer Protection Rules, 2020
  • Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

    • 10. Modification of Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
